How it works
HintCraft is a complete job-landing operating system. AI is one component inside it. The product is the system around it: a structured career profile, a vetted database of remote-friendly companies refreshed by humans, an application pipeline with stages and follow-ups, a contact tracker, a compounding library of polished answers tied to the applications they belong to, the Playbook (a sequenced program through targeting, materials, and prep), and a weekly progress dashboard that shows which part of your funnel is working. The AI on top is grounded in your real profile, not in a paragraph you typed five minutes ago. The system is the product. The AI makes it faster.
HintCraft adjusts to where you are. Recent graduates and career-changers get the scaffolding most people learn the hard way: how to structure a profile, how to research a company, what to actually say in a behavioral question. Mid-level professionals get the speed: profile, target list, and answer library ready in days. Senior candidates get the leverage: a system that compounds across every search, not just this one. Interviewing is one of the few skills you use every few years for the rest of your working life. The earlier you build the system, the more it compounds.
1,000+ remote-friendly companies across the US, EU, UK, and worldwide remote roles. Curated by humans, not scraped. Filter by region, company size, and country. Refreshed continuously, not by a quarterly batch job. The pipeline, AI answers, and Playbook work for product, design, engineering, data, and marketing roles. The system has been used to land roles in Berlin, Lisbon, Austin, Warsaw, and remote-from-anywhere.
Free, in the boring sense of the word. No card, no countdown, no surprise charge in month two. Not everyone needs the full system all the time. If you are employed, between searches, or just maintaining your profile, the Free plan is enough: your full profile, 5 AI answers a month, 3 applications, 5 new companies, 50 to browse, and read access to everything you have ever built. Active job searching needs more than that. When you go into search mode, the paid plan unlocks the volume.
No. The plan ends when it ends. After that, your account stays open on the Free tier, no payment, no card, no countdown. Profile, stories, every application, every answer you wrote, every note. All there. Read access to everything you built, forever. New AI generations and bulk activity need an active plan again, but only when you start a new search. Think LinkedIn Premium: pay when you are hunting, coast on Free between hunts. Nothing is deleted. Nothing is held hostage.
Pricing, trials, and your data
No catch. Seven days, full Essential access, no credit card. Build your profile, generate answers, browse fifty companies, track applications. If it does not earn its place in your week, keep what you built and walk away. There is nothing to cancel.
Two plans. Essential at $139 for three months: profile, AI answers, application pipeline, fifty curated companies. Remote Pro at $229 for three months: everything in Essential plus the full database of 1,000+ vetted remote-friendly companies. The buyer math is unforgiving in your favor. One more idle month of search costs roughly $9,000 in foregone salary at $110K. The plan costs about 2% of that. If a single saved week is worth more than the price, the math is already done.
Your remaining Essential days convert to Remote Pro at a prorated rate. Remote Pro activates immediately. You do not lose any time you already paid for.
Essential is queued and activates automatically the day Remote Pro expires. You do not need to do anything. The scheduled activation date is shown on your Account page.
Yes. Upgrading to Remote Pro is instant; your remaining days carry over. Buying Essential while on Remote Pro queues it to activate when Remote Pro ends. Access is never interrupted.
Not for partially used periods. But there is also nothing to refund, in the usual sense. We do not auto-renew, do not charge hidden fees, and do not bill you a second time. The plan runs for the period you chose, then stops. The thing most refunds exist to undo (a charge you did not see coming) does not happen here.
